Sunset at Stockbridge
(Best viewed large so you can see the eye and mouth on the fish.)
The last day at work for a week, so busy trying to get things closed out and handed over. Left much later than I'd planned, but it did mean I got to drive through Stockbridge at sunset.
This is the clock tower on top of the town/village hall opposite the church. Stockbridge sits on the river Test, the best trout river in the country. Hence the trout weathervane atop the clock.
Looking forward to a week in the Lakes. Walking, photography and good food all planned. The cottage is in the middle of nowhere near the Harknott Pass. There may be a lack of broadband, so excuse the paucity of updates over the next few days; they'll be waiting to be back-blipped when I get back home.
