A beautiful day today. A real shame to be in the office although at least Chris got out at lunchtime and took a walk along the canalside where he spotted the opportunity for this shot.

Annie was in Bristol. Due to the sunshine one of her meetings involved going and getting an ice cream. Yum. 99 flake, now that you ask!

Immy ran a mile (probably a bit more) for Sport Relief but missed out on the Haribo at the finish line. Rosie ran a mile as well for Sport Relief and got an ice lolly at the end. Also yum. Cola flavoured, now that you ask!
