A recent renovation project

A roofer from Basingstoke bought this wee cottage close to Portree and is in the process of renovating it. I envy him as Clare and I had looked at it with the same idea but were unable to find sufficient funds for the project.

Back in November of 2010 we visited the cottage during an early period of snow and I took a photograph of it whilst it waited for its next new owner.

It looks rural, well it is, but it is only twenty minutes walk from Portree.
