Christmas eggs??

After an absolutely exhilarating couple of (injury free!!) days skiing in Kaprun, Austria we're on route home to the auld sod. But first, a whistlestop tour of the home of Mozart, Salzburg. With it's winding streets and quaint shops, its easy to get lost in time here.

And time did just that - stood still - in this shop, 'Christmas in Salzburg' which was like being transported back to the 14th or 15th century. Everything was hand-made from local produce including these amazing sprawls of intricate Easter eggs. I've never seen such as selection in my life! I'm not one for the fanfare of Christmas or Easter but hats off to the designers of these.
