Tortillando

I love this verb - tortillando. It sounds so perfect, so apt and so loyal to its subject!

Tonight we decided to make some 'chilorio' - a fabulous central american dish with fresh tortillas are filled with freshly cut onions, re-fried beans, tomatoes and the most delicious beef (not horse), fried in thin shreds. Scrumptious!
