Water of Leith day

This afternoon I went to do my first shift at the Water of Leith Visitors' Centre. It was a nice easy shift to ease me in. Only 11 people through the door but a couple of awkward question to keep me on my toes. After Beltane I should be able to get a regular Sunday shift but for the time being I'm just filling in when needed. If only I could do it on a regular basis and get paid for it, I would be happy.

In the evening I headed out to the Edinburgh Garden Partners' Pub Quiz. I'm no good at pub quizzes but that's not the point. I had a great evening, met some nice people, chatted about gardening, lost the pub quiz...
