Kelburn Castle

Just outside Largs is Kelburn Castle, home to the Earls of Glasgow since the 13th Century. Quite what the predecessors of the current Earl would have made of its appearance at the moment is anyone's guess. This crackers mural went up a few years ago and was, at the time given only temporary permission. However, perhaps not surprisingly, there is a campaign to keep the artwork as a permanent feature. I love it and I salute those that allowed it to happen.
