Scaffolding

This is a footbridge going over a motorway and it's been closed since earlier this month. The notice said that it was a potential danger to the public. I really would have liked to take a closer, more interesting shot of the blue-enshrouded section you see here: one can get around the other side of it but they've put construction fencing up around that area so there's no getting properly close. :(
