It's been another hot day with the temperature gauge in the car reading 25 degrees.

GP came into town with me on a shopping spree, as I needed to get some things to take to Cape Town tomorrow. She did really well, albeit with the help of her stick. I told her to wait for me in the M&S cafe while I tore around a little more. You can see that I found her looking very happy to be out and about once again after her hip op!

Hamish is becoming concerned about the increasingly regular sightings of sharks at Muizenberg, where he surfs. He asked me if I thought his scabs (from sports injuries!) would attract unwelcome attention...
