Spring into Summer

The good weather continues and today's photo shows the weirdness and contrast of the current heat wave. The Wisteria in the foreground and the Silver Birch trees in the background still undressed for early Spring, whilst the sun cracks the paving slabs and the blossoms bloom forth!

Met Ann at Nero for coffee after her eye test, then it was off to Old Town Mews to see a computer customer. I have to say that after Norton/McAfee anti-virus, the root of most problems is Internet Explorer and TalkTalk. It looked like IE had been hijacked and access to email not possible. The existing anti-virus software, AVG, had run out of steam two or three versions ago and dropped into oblivion.

Solution - load MSE anti-virus and Firefox and try again after a virus scan. MSE was taking forever to run (old/slow computer) and I finally left it with a promise of returning tomorrow.

There was a call waiting for me on return home, someone having problems....with TalkTalk email - what a surprise!
