Sun arise

I know there are a lot of sunrises/sunsets in blipland at the minute but this is my first.
This was the view from the lab window first thing this morning. I was on the early shift, and as the sun rose I kept getting blinded by it , not that I'm complaining, better that than the grey greyness we had a couple of weeks ago.

I didn't really intend to blip this today but after going for a run to stretch my calf, which has been a little tight since Sunday's half marathon, and realising that it really didn't want to stretch, I've been sat with an ice pack strapped to my leg. And who'd want to see that?
