a2 pizza pi!

a dear friend of mine is starting a new pizza business, and i could not be more excited for him! tonight we tested out the pizza oven, and it was a HUGE success. this one has an amazing blue cheese, baby greens, sauteed potatoes, garlic, and a duck egg! ann arbor is about to be graced with a lot of wonderful pizzas!
