Maddi is in the House.....

The drive home was excellent, no traffic, I bet they were all queueing for fuel, hahaha.

I had an appointment with the doctor to check my BP, a I have been off one of my BP pills for a month and the other has been reduced by 2/3 dose rate, infact I have to cut the tablet in half as they don't do the 1.25mg dose rate.
By the end of the year I will be off all medication for BP and cholesterol, which is a by product of losing five and half stone or 77lbs.

I passed all tests and fit for duty.

Waiting at home was Maddi but she was really tired so it was early to bed.
