Spring has Sprung

We have had very warm weather for over a week now and the blossom on the fruit trees has suddenly opened. We have over 30 fruit trees in the garden and only a few apple trees, persimmon and the citrus have been in fruit since we arrived in March.
We have no idea what this tree and the others are yet, apart from the fact that they could be plum, pear, peach or more apple, as we have been told they are all growing in the garden !
It's going to be interesting over the next few months.
