Fantail

Fantails are the most frustrating birds to photograph, as they are quite tame and follow you around in the garden, almost hopping between your feet. The theory is that they are catching the flies and insects disturbed when you walk around. Every so often they display their tail. often turning their back to you. But they move around so quickly and hardly ever stay still so they are difficult to capture.
I took a few dozen shots this afternoon and this is about the best for today.
