The Shred - day 2
I'm starting with an apology: Cath - they're actually only 3kg weights. I wasn't fibbing, thought it said 5kg. Which goes to prove how post-shred ditzy I was I couldn't focus on my weights properly.
Have discovered I am quite strong. But have no stamina and cardio ability at all. I'm done for and puffing after 2 sets of 20 star jumps and 2 sets of 20 'skips'. Useless. End up pathetically jogging on the spot huffing like a rhino in labour, only with less dignity.
It can only get better though. Can't it?
