Thai curry.

This is the first one I have made without any supervision. Somehow it went quite well. Cooking for three people instead of just myself does make me try harder I think - it pays off though...this tasted quite good if I do say so myself.

Today I attempted to do more work in uni, which is easier said than done with a slight hangover. I also helped a coursemate out with a focus group, hopefully she'll return the favour in a couple of weeks time!
