Bloomin` good runner

Leicester are entered in the `City in Bloom`. To highlight this, the council have put this wreck of a car on the central reservation approaching the city and filled it full of plants.
It has been vandalised twice by some mindless morons who bent the bonnet, so the council straightened it out and reinforced it.
Surprised it`s still got it`s wheels.
To get a decent shot, you have to cross 3 lanes of traffic to get to it.
