Guinness is good for you!

We bought this yesterday from a Caribbean stall on Lancaster market. Alcohol free Guinness sold as a health drink, who'd have thought. A friend said her friends in Nigeria drink it (or something similar) I don't know if I will be trying it.
A bit of a poor blip today. We set of to Brockholes to get some wildlife photographs this morning, got there and discovered there was no battery in the camera.
