Not Cross buns

Mary Berry recipe in todays You mag for hot cross buns. Didn't have bread flour or currants and mixed peel, used pizza flour and a mix of dried cranberries, sultanas and dried apricots. We had one each still warm with butter, jam and a cup of coffee, delicious, as I'm trying to lose weight I'll have to freeze them and Roy can eat them, he doesn't put weight one. The absence of the cross, I couldn't be bothered to make 2oz of pastry to put on top of the buns.
