Correr [To Run]

I learnt that from Diego - that's how you say "run" in Spanish. Here I am running around outside the Lake of Menteith hotel. We went for a drive this afternoon and had treats there - mine was yummy vanilla ice cream! Then we played outside on the grass before driving back through Strathblane to Kirky, where I went swimming with Dad.

This is my Gran's (my Mum's mum) anniversary today. She died on 1 April 2002. It's also my Dad's mum's birthday - she would have been 103 today. After Mass, we went to the graveyard with some flowers. It was just me, Orla and Papa, as my Mum is still in Canada where she has been for just over a week, because her sister, my Auntie Helen, died last weekend. It's a very emotional time, and quite confusing for Orla who is too young to understand.
