Lamb casserole

Comming back on the train tonight we discussed chip shops and the type of chips in the blackcounty near where we live. Strangely enough I knew every chip shop in a 3 mile radius and what type of chips the do. i.e. normal chips, orange chips, anaemic chips, greasy chips or chips cooked in beef dripping. I was impressed by my knowledge and I'm contemplating writing a book on chip shops called "A bostin' guide to Black Country chip shops"

Cooked me a loverly lamb casserole tonight (pic). For some reason I have got a thing for stews and casseroles at the moment and you can't beat it when you use lamb in the dish.

Work was quiet today as there was a lot of people out the office so I managed to get a fair bit done today.

I'm now going to watch episode 3 of touch which I have got into, it's really good.
