Walking in an April winterland

Woke up this morning, opened the curtain and thought it was December again. The snow had started falling and it was like a blizzard (pic). Unfortunatly the snow didnt stick and as quick as the snow come down it disappeared.

Another good day today at work and got all my direct reports performance reviews signed off and completed. Being a manager I hate performance review time as people think they have performed better than they actually have. I'm lucky as i have a good team who are honest and realistic in what they have achieved throughout the year.

Tonight I've popped round my brothers to watch the footy and give him his birthday card and a bottle of champagne as he is 30 tomorrow.
