Tuross - NSW
Overcast day - but still in Mid 20's.
Decided to drive south and see what we found. Ended up in the lovely village of Tuross (pop 2000) there was a car park and kids swings and loads of cars but no people !
Turns out all the visitors were down at the lakeside cafe. Loads of locally bought fish and shellfish for sale. The cafe was a wooden hut and deck that sloped alarmingly down to the water - but no one seemed to mind. After devouring your seafood of choice you threw the detritus into the lake. The sky was rather dark but it was very warm and calm and no one seemed worried.
The only frightening thing was the Hank Marvin music that was played out to the poor unsuspecting fish.
