Oh good, bread again, yummy!

Annie is in Ilfracombe tonight, Chris will be setting off for the South West on Saturday morning to join her.

A lunch hour walk down the canal in Aylesbury presented a fine body of ducks today, some more willing to pose for the camera than others (probably the hungry ones).

Rosie - I didn't do much today, I went on the trampoline for a bit and had a test drive on the new exercise bike, managed 3.5km!

Update from Ilfracombe: it's a really friendly B&B. I had dinner in Damian Hirst's bistro - I wonder if the beef carpaccio was from his sliced cow art? So looking forward to a few days of rest and scenery. :D
