Lurking spiders

Beautiful sunny and warm day. Decided to get out of the office for a lunchtime walk. There were lots of flies and other insects resting on the new green leaves taking in the sun. Lurking around the leaves were these nursery web spiders (I think), ready to pounce on anything sunbathing on the leaves.

There were a few butterflies around too and lots of mating ladybirds. Looks like spring is truly sprung.
