Castle Drogo

Not straying too far from base today as things are started to happen at No3 daughter's
(see yesterdays blip) so we toddled up to Castle Drogo, the last Castle build in England and mingled with the holiday crowds.

Now owned by the National Trust and its about to undergo a BIG overhaul to stop water coming in through the roof and walls

I like the mobility scooter parked outside the front door, not many of those there in times gone by.
