Look how cute this little porcupine baby is. It was born this morning and when we were lucky enough for Mum to allow us a viewing it was less than 5 hours old. Mum and baby were so chilled about people being there, she didn't even attempt to hide it and the Dad just lay there dozing such a relaxed little family which was a testament to the animal centre where they are cared for. We had a lovely time there, we gave the children a choice of where they would like to go and this is where they chose. I love it this time of year as they have lots of babies, we saw joeys, baby meerkats, this porcupine baby and baby guinea pigs, all so cute. They have grown a bit since the last time we went and have added donkeys, zebras, shetland ponies and a reindeer. Jack and Erin loved them all, especially the reindeer which Daddy told them is one of Father Christmas's here for a rest. A good day.
