Dinner

Roast pork, crisp crackling and apple sauce, plus veggies, I don't very often do a full roast for the two of us, too much faffing about, but as it's Easter Sunday I though we would have a treat.

Lazy day, apart from taking down the lounge curtains and washing them then re-hanging them, read the papers, spot of lunch, started a new book, had a little siesta, now settling down to watch the masters, might open a bottle of red.
