My grandmother made laces on almost every sheet she and my grandfather had. She is gone now and I use her handmade sheets as drapes, hanging around my bed.
I am very fond of old things with history, specially things from my family, and I like using them for a new purpose. :)
Anyone else that do as I do? :)
