Wood Pigeon

I'm sure you can tell, that in this photograph, I purposely focused on the pigeon's neck to show the beautiful display of feathers and colours hence the rest of him is a little bit blurred - actually I was trying to focus on his eye to do a major crop and just show his head in close-up but this "big-boy" lens is proving to be a bit of a monster to hand-hold and keep steady..

Another through-the-kitchen-window-shot - my windows in there have never been so clean - while this guy balanced on the feeder while it wobbled in the wind.
