Plov

Tonight I am trying to cook Plov as detailed in this recipe. I've adjusted it slightly in that I'm not cooking with lamb fat and I'm not sure that I've got the proportions of the spices right but it'll be done soon. I'm looking forward to trying the roasted garlic bulb...........

In other news - Tuesday which for many was a Monday is behind us so we face a Tuesday/Wednesday which is really neat innit?
