DIY complete

Here is the (almost) finished bathroom. I took this shot this morning, but tonight I've finished cutting the blind to size and that is now at the window so I can bathe in total privacy! I might leave the floor as it is for the time being, as it doesn't look quite so awful now that the rest of the room has been lightened up, and I really don't fancy laying a new one.

All in all, a good weekend's work.

Mind you, as I was doing the painting over the weekend, it did occur to me that my continual use of 'white chiffon' on most of the walls in this house gives it a feeling of being a blank canvas. Maybe that reflects my current state of mind...?
