There and back again

My Favourite Car Park

Not so much a car park, rather more a grass verge but its where I park to go on my morning walk. Its just nice to sit here for a few moments taking in the view and listening to, well nothing really, just peacefulness.

Then I get the murmurings from the boot to let me know "We are here to Walk"

This morning on my Tor were two tents pitched but all the occupants were asleep

Then I met a man who was doing a walk for a children's charity. He had already walked over 200 miles and was sleeping out and today was his last day before he finished at Widecombe tonight. By himself alone in this wild moor doing his bit
like I guess many others who do their bit unsung. They make you feel humble.
