super fly

I'm easily pleased. In case anyone is interested this is the half-link/half-step chain I needed as the final step to finishing the commuting bike. I think it looks *ahem* <down-with-da-kidz>fly</down-with-da-kidz>. There's a huge amount of grease on the chain in the picture which is from the packing; must wipe some of it away before it attracts road crap.

I took the bike out for a wee spin last night just to check and it's very nice; smooth, silent, easy to ride. 42x17 seems to be just about right.
