Dragon in the Sky

It was a sunny and stormy day today. I enjoy unpredictable weather. This is the dragon on top of the Cardiff City Hall building.

The City Hall was built between 1900 and 1904 at a cost of £125,000. The dragon was sculpted by Henry Charles Fehr.
