Spent most of the day preparing stuff for Kate's arrival on Monday. Exciting times ahead.

Got home, did some skipping with the girls, as you do, then had a run on the treadmill before finally settling Elliot at half eight! The wife rustled up a rather spicy fish and pasta dish that was fantastic.

Watched Qpr v Swansea as the old crappy laptop can't seem to pick up any dodgy foreign streams to watch the Arsenal. Watched the apprentice, match of the day, blipped, then bed.

Productive day all round.
