Running rings

I managed a 6k run this morning before work, many times I've said I'm going to do it but this time I actually did.

It was a busy day for both of us. I enjoyed the novelty of someone at work asking if 'tea' refers to the drink or a meal in the UK. I also enjoy promoting the large box of Yorkshire Tea I took in as possibly the best in the world, it might not be strictly true but I like it. I also had a chat about Scotland today, the Highlands & Islands, ooh it made me pine for a roaring log fire, view of the sea and a glass of Bruichladdich. If that's you tonight enjoy it for me.
