Koh Samui

This morning we had a Primary Series led class and let's juts say it was hot! Sweating from the moment we started. It was hard but it was OK, probably slightly better than I thought it might be and I was glad it was a led class rather than Mysore.

Spent the rest of the day by the pool and a short walk to explore. A bit red tonight which I'm annoyed about because applied loads of sun cream! Hopefully it will be less red tomorrow and won't annoy me in yoga.

Tomorrow is our first Mysore class - scary. I hope it goes OK.
