Triangular Numbers

This may not be the most exciting photograph if you're one of those odd people who doesn't find looking at tablets interesting (eh, what's wrong with you?) but it depicts an application of triangular numbers.

In this instance I have quickly counted 101 tablets by counting 14 rows and removing 4 pills.
