Thank you for the comments about yesterday's blip.

Today's blip has not only been inpired by, but was actually requested by Yearofhappy who probably knows more about the building than I do.

All I know is it opened in 1939 and apparently it used to have a telephone box outside.
The box is no longer there but there is a post box and a bus shelter.

In other news I met a very pleasant young man today who is doing a Sports Journalism Degree. He wanted to talk to a local sporting personality but as he couldn't find one he asked me! (the old jokes are the best!)
He saw the press reports online last week and googled me.
I was happy to oblige and I was very impressed with him. He asked excellent questions and he had clearly done his research on my various escapades.
I look forward to seeing his article.

I'm rather pleased I said I would see him because if I hadn't I may well have vegetated today. After a good week last week, this one has started with me feeling lethargic again.
Ahh, well, I knew it would happen and the flow is there to be gone with. And blipping is quite therapeutic. I know it's getting read by others but the process of me writing (essentially to myself) is helping I think. And unlike other online forums I could mention there is no negativity on here. I thank you all for that
