More birthdays

Mom and dad were down for the weekend for yesterday's shenanigans and as it had been my mom's birthday on Friday they came over to ours today for Sunday lunch and much cake. Here's Anna icing the carrot cake she made. Not to be excluded from the making cakes for Grandma action Jackson made his signature Swiss roll. Oddly fighting over cooking was the theme for the day as Carl and I sharpened our elbows over who got to cook Sunday lunch. Strange what happens when you've spent 2.5 weeks eating out.
