A tale.....

.....of two jasmines. The one on the right is a jasminoides trachelospermum. It survived the very harsh winter splendidly as you can see.

The poor specimen on the left is a jasminum officinale which fared less well. I had thought I'd have to chop it down but I can see green shoots coming back so I'll carefully snip out all the dead bits and it should recover in a year or two.
