Women in engineering, wahoo!

I did an event today where a few female engineers from within the company did talks to a group of around 70 female undergradutes studying engineering degrees on what it's like to be a female engineer, and why they should join an engineering company instead of being one of the 93% of female engineering graduates who go on to work in a non-engineering role. So that was fun, and I got a free lunch.
