Sunny Start to the Day

I was up very early and took myself off on a walk right up to the centre of the village and back. This was the view over the fields on my return. I had seen the forecast and knew that the best of the day was early morning - so I made the most of it!

Had a great day and a long but fruitful meeting til 6pm. Home in a shower so no biking tonight. Will just have to practice some of those pilates stretches instead.

Discovered a new and very lovely tea - Sunshine Grey. Earl Grey with lemon...delicious! Twinings.
