Catching up . . . !

Yesterday was a triple celebration. Two years to the day since we moved in, my birthday and the completion of the extension. Lovely evening with lots of friends and neighbours in for drinks and a bite to eat.

Consequently it was a slow start this morning!

Spent most of the day making a cover for a very old horsehair cushion. Took a long time to make. as I couldn't get any piping so ended up making that as well! Nearly midnight when I finished, but I'm very pleased with the result and hope the person I did it for will be happy with it too! Fingers crossed!
