Lavender

June makes a meanlavender mustard.
We have some edible lavender that we grow in our garden.
All this is very tentative of course, in reference to this old, yellow bicycle outside a shop, advertising it's wares. Very vogue these days, using old bikes for this purpose. There are also a couple of old Reliant Robin's around Aberdeen used for the same purpose, which I may blip one day...or not.
