Mum Again

I went with one of my brothers to visit my mum and we even persuaded my dad to come, quite something as he's refused to do pretty much anything apart from sit in his chair over the few weeks. Maybe yesterday's visit by our French cousins cheered him up a bit.
It's hard to gauge how my sister's death has hit him - he doesn't want to talk about it and he's not showing any reaction. The worry is that he will go to pieces when nobody is around.
At least my mother will never know that she has outlived one of her children. My brother managed to keep her happy and smiling the whole time we were there and the visit cheered us up.
