Because if the year is 365 days and you divide it by 3 and then times it by 2 but then remember it's a leapyear and do it with 366 instead and then think,' hang on, I didn't start doing blipfoto in a leap year, so is it a leapyear or not??? I know I'll do it with 365.5 instead and then divide that by 3 and times it by 2 you get 243 (ish). So 243 is 2/3rds of the year. So...
