On the Beach

What a treat! We got to stay overnight at a B&B after the wedding and therefore got to enjoy a wonderful stroll along the beach in Aberlady. We managed to catch up with five more guests of the wedding and walked for ages through the dunes to finally get to a blue sea, white sand and beautiful sunshine.

Despite the walk I was still a bit fragile when we got home in the afternoon to get the kids back from the babysitterthe wonderful person who kept the kids for nearly 24 hours. A bowl of very salty pasta later I felt that I could face the week. The flat tidying would have to wait though.
